| These photos reveal utter destruction of dormitories. "How did the students survive this?" Splendidly! Unbelievably, not a single death! The students were regularly advised by college staff & faculty that in the event of a tornado they were to retreat to the interior bathrooms and wait out the storm. And this they did with stunning results. It was also vital that a warning system afforded them adequate time to respond. |
